Making a ring from wax step by step:
At the first stage, you take a piece of jewelry wax and use special tools to cut a ring of the desired shape out of it.
after the ring inserted into an iron mold, which is filled with gypsum.
In the second stage, the ring is soldered to a thick wax rod.
Next, the gypsum mold is placed in a special furnace, where at a temperature of about 8000 C the wax evaporates. In the plaster remains a "void" in the form of a ring.
At the next stage, the required amount of metal is poured into a special melting machine and a gypsum mold is inserted.
metal is melted and poured into the void in a plaster form.
Then the mold is cooled, the gypsum is washed and you get an exact copy of the wax ring, but in the metal.
Finally just have to bite the leg with cutters.
