Once upon a time, all jewelry was made only individually, manually. Each product took a lot of time. Currently one of those used is casting. Jewelry casting, as a rule, is carried out as follows: several dozen wax models are assembled and soldered to one thick wax rod. It turns out a jewelry "tree", which is carefully molded into special clay and baked. For high-quality casting of jewelry, it is necessary that the clay bake and dry evenly, without a single crack, and then all the wax melts and flows out. The goal is to obtain a form with voids. Next, a thoroughly mixed alloy is poured into the mold. After everything is cooled, soaked and removed clay and get ready-made «tree» in metal.
